Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the SmarterArtificial Bot (the "Bot"), provided by SmarterArtificial ("we", "us"). By messaging the Bot you agree to these Terms.
Beta / experimental service. The Bot is provided during a closed testing phase on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn at any time, and should not be relied upon for critical, medical, legal, financial or emergency purposes.
1. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by the messaging platform you use to access the Bot, and you must be permitted to use it under applicable law. If you use the Bot on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
2. What the Bot is
The Bot is an AI-powered personal assistant. Its responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you use its output and should not treat it as professional advice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
use the Bot for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive purposes;
send content that infringes the rights of others, or personal data of other people that you are not entitled to share;
attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service;
use the Bot in any way that breaches the terms of the underlying messaging platform (for example WhatsApp / Meta, Microsoft Teams or Telegram policies).
4. Third-party platforms
The Bot operates through third-party messaging platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability is outside our control.
5. Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Bot, its software and related materials are owned by SmarterArtificial or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them except the limited right to use the Bot as intended during the beta.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmarterArtificial will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Bot. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Bot at any time, including to protect the service or comply with law. You may stop using the Bot at any time and may request deletion of your data via our User Data Deletion page.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
